Born and raised in Formosa, Argentina, Gustavo brings the bold flavors of his homeland to every event with so much love.

His passion for premium picaña bbq and authentic empanadas began for his friends in the padel community, and quickly grew into a thriving catering service with pop-ups at La Point, Laneez, Republica Surf House, Pro padel community and Moroccan venues like Fez back home , Riad Moroccan style and Riad Chefchaouen. Gustavo crafts every meal with love, using only the finest Argentine meats, salts , paired with his signature mouth watering chimichurri.
